back of book jackets, so I won't.
I'm Daniel Gagner. I have been teaching science 17 years at the seventh and eighth grade level and still love it.
As far as computers are concerned I have been involved with them since 1978 when I owned a Radio Shack Model 1; anyone remember?? Since then many different types of computers have come and gone but I've narrowed my usage down to a Mac. In our household I presently use a Powerbook 170, My kids run a Macintosh Performa and my wife does word processing on our old Macintosh SE circa 1988. They all are able to run System 7.1 and could run the same software. The computers in our house are network conntected.
Repair experience rises from a childhood interest in vacuum tube electronics, a lot of reading, and taking apart of machines of anyone who had a problem and given up hope. After hundreds of hours of reading books and magazines and hands on experience the pair record: 100% of those machines that were repairable and where the owner wanted to have it done.
